As Consultant/ Panel consultant in A & E, Anesthesia and ICU at Suyog Hospital, Pune (Jul 2006 – Till Date) This is a 35 bedded general hospital with 6 ICU beds. I work here as a consultant in Accident & Emergency medicine, Anesthesia and ICU. Here I became well versed in A & E procedures like putting sutures, I & D of abscesses, immobilization of fractures, blood collection & sampling, taking ECG & its interpretation, initial stabilization and management of trauma patients etc. As a consultant here I worked independently and provided anesthesia to elective & emergency cases in various specialties like orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, urosurgery, obstetric surgery, neurosurgery etc. I also work in the intensive care unit 2 days in a week managing a wide variety of cases. As Family Physician(A & E) at Get well specialty clinics (Jul 2006 – Till Date) Here I am working as a part of a group practice with a group of doctors. My role is to manage general physician OPD cases in the evenings. This post exposed me in managing a wide variety of OPD cases on a daily basis. Here, I also attended to minor emergency cases and patients who came for Lab tests.
